We've been buying and servicing our Lexus vehicles through this dealer for over 15 years. Our recent service department experience was the worst we've ever experienced. Brought our LX 570 in for service with a suspension error message. They said it needed new spark plugs, so we paid to have them replaced. When we picked it up, the engine was missing so badly it wasn't even driveable and still had the error message. Took it back in and they said the engine needed a valve job for over $5,000. Keep in mind this dealer had done every service since new on the car and it was running just fine before we took it in to service, now it's not driveable...all for an electrical problem??? . They have refused to make it right. You make you own judgement whether you want your car and your long term dealer relationship treated this way. We will be changing dealerships... More
This week I purchased a 2019 Mercedes Benz E450 Wagon from Sterling McCall Lexus, Houston. While everything went "sort of ok" I never felt that I was in good hands. While the salesperson was very friendly, their "NO HAGGLE NO HASSEL" position on pricing that is posted everywhere, could also have read "TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT" when came to their approach. While I understand the benefits of placing a holding deposit ($1000) if one want to "secure" the car, no receipt of this amount was provided, and while it was refunded to my Credit card, they "forgot" to credit it to the sales transaction. I had to press quite hard to get the final credited back. Maybe it was because I did not use Lexus' financing, and used by own Credit Union, (with much better rates) but the finance team were unhelpful and unfriendly, doing the exact minimum only. The salesperson did come in on his day off so I could pick up the car the day that was convent to me, which I think was kind. Very upset that when test driving the car, there was no front bumper licensee plate mount (i hate that look) and therefore no ugly holes in the $2500 front fender. When I came to pick up the car, Lexus had drilled holes into the front bumper and added and Ugly Lexus License plate mounting bracket. So now when i take that ugly bracket off, I have two holes drilled in to an otherwise perfect clean lines front bumper. I was quite upset about that. I was always told by "people" that Lexus Service was great....well that was not my experience when buying my used 2019 Mercedes Benz E450 Wagon from Sterling McCall Lexus. More
I recently bought a pre-owned 2020 Acura from this dealer and requested an extended warranty. The price was higher than expected but I was talked into including the price in the loan. Less than a week later and requested an extended warranty. The price was higher than expected but I was talked into including the price in the loan. Less than a week later I changed my mind and made a written request to cancel to the Finance Mgr and General Manager. Neither had the courtesy to respond. I now find I signed a non-cancellation contract. Shame on me and shame on them for not fully explaining the terms. I’m now a dissatisfied customer who will tell everyone I know about this unscrupulous dealer. More

Worst experience at the dealership where we have brought the same vehicle 5 times to them for the same issue that they have not been able to resolve. The service director, Larry Miller, and service manager the same vehicle 5 times to them for the same issue that they have not been able to resolve. The service director, Larry Miller, and service manager Paul Zapata, both raised their voices at us when we brought our Lexus to get it fixed due to a defective screen. They are saying that they have to repeat the same process again that they did the three other times that they looked at the car. They were very rude, condescending, demeaning and had a very unprofessional attitude. I would not recommend taking business there for service work. More

This dealership used to be top-notch it gradually went down over the years we’ve been getting our car service here for well over 15 years now and have purchased over 10 vehicles from this dealership Yet down over the years we’ve been getting our car service here for well over 15 years now and have purchased over 10 vehicles from this dealership Yet recently time after time we have been getting ripped off the service department has downgraded their quality recently had three car service there and I had issues with all three of them the service reps were very unprofessional and did not treat me like a Lexus customer I wouldn’t even trust this dealership to wipe my windshield at this point that’s how bad of a job they did I wasted $1200 getting one of my car serviced here just to have a breakdown on the side of the highway when I had a towed back to them they told me that something else went wrong even though they gave me a report stating that the only issue my car had what is the starter but all of a sudden it’s the alternator and 10 other things I don’t believe that they take the time to actually work on these cars and the staff are absolutely some of the worst people I’ve had to deal with. Save your time just go to clear choice Lexus or north side Lexus or any other dealship where they will value you and your car More
Management doesn’t take no responsibility for the mistake. I took the vehicle to check what is going on with its rattling noise. Technician checked and said nothing is wrong with it. I went to road trip , in the middle of my trip car broke down, service manager is saying like nothing wrong with it, when they checked. Actually the rattling sound was ,due to water pump issue.
