The maintenance and inside service departments are stellar. But when advertisments on the TV give glowing reviews for how your car is returned to them, that has not proven true for both times my car h stellar. When a 70 year old woman has to wipe off the water spots from her car, wipe off the inner lower doors where general dirt is found, my inside dash still dusty, my floor mats dirty and not vacuumed and my flippin trash not emptied, it really makes me angry. I guess my 70+K plastic car doesn't warrent the cleaning that the higher priced vehicles sold get. Stellar service overall at Sterling McCall Lexis...not my vehicle. More
