In servicing it was ok I can give more star rating. But in connecting to the dealership it’s horrible, we never get a person online to talk, no one picks up the call. The Service Advisor, named Grant, was friendly and professional. He seems great at his job. Everything went smoothly. I do have one complaint, though, about Sterling McCall Lexus—I was unable to get a professional. He seems great at his job. Everything went smoothly. I do have one complaint, though, about Sterling McCall Lexus—I was unable to get a live human on the phone. When I call the main line, I get a recording. When I select Service from the options, I get a recording. When I call Grant directly and he is unavailable, I get a recording. At no time did I have the option of speaking with a live person.
