We were there for a second key and first free checkup. The service staff were prompt and friendly. The Service Advisor was friendly and proficient. Once we left the service area and drove out to the parking area, we were testing the second key. One of the service staff walked all the way out to meet us to make sure everything was ok. We appreciated his extra effort! The facility was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The atmosphere was warmth and welcoming. There were plenty of comfortable sofas and chairs for guests to seats and several TVs on. The snack bar was nice. It was actually an enjoyable trip. More
