At first, I waited 20 minutes in service and watched the service reps walk by without helping. Finally, someone asked me if I needed help and U said I wanted to leave, so the service manager took care of me service reps walk by without helping. Finally, someone asked me if I needed help and U said I wanted to leave, so the service manager took care of me, and expedited taking care of my problem. She agreed that the service reps behavior was not acceptable and planned to work on improving behavior. The outcome turned out fine for me, but I was quite disappointed in being ignored, especially seeing customers that came in after me getting seen by service reps. Hopefully, this will be rectified in the future for other customers. More
