Taking off a star for two reasons: 1) inspection revealed there were additional recommendations for services. I never received any indication of how long the extra service would take to complete. revealed there were additional recommendations for services. Wasn’t offered a loaner (because none were available apparently), so I sat around for 6 hours waiting. A little communication please; 2) The car was not washed prior to returning to me. In the past I have at least been asked if I wanted to wait another X minutes for the wash or not. More
