I am writing to file a complaint against Sterling McCall Lexus regarding their lack of communication and service updates for my Lexus ES 300h. I brought my car in for a new vehicle service and recall services. Despite picking up my vehicle on the same day, I did not receive any update or information about the services performed on my car. I have made multiple attempts to contact the Sterling McCall Lexus service center for updates and clarification, but I have not received any response. To escalate the matter, I opened a service ticket with Lexus USA. As a long-time Lexus customer, I have always valued the high standards of service and customer care associated with the brand. Unfortunately, this recent experience has been profoundly disappointing. There was no one available to answer my questions or provide updates regarding the status of my vehicle. Despite my repeated follow-up attempts, I was unable to get any answers from either the service advisor or the service manager. This lack of communication and responsiveness is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Given Lexus' well-known commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience, I expected a much higher level of service. The lack of attention and communication from Sterling McCall Lexus has left me feeling neglected and dissatisfied. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and necessary improvements are made to ensure other customers do not have to endure a similar experience. I look forward to a prompt response and resolution to this matter. More
