I’ve been getting my cars serviced at this location for 11 years. I’m now questioning whether I will continue. Was given a written estimate and told work would be completed in a few hours. 2-3 hours later 11 years. I’m now questioning whether I will continue. Was given a written estimate and told work would be completed in a few hours. 2-3 hours later was told the cost would be $208 more and car wouldn’t be ready for 4 days. Received an invoice for yet another amount which I paid only to be asked to pay more since invoice was incorrect. I refused and they accepted my payment. I sincerely hope this is not the new normal or I’ll take my cars elsewhere. More
