Came in for a 30k maintenance service and check on a missaligned passenger side mirror. My wife usually takes the mirrors in to park (our parking garage is tight and I have a large truck). I took the car in the morning and extended the mirrors out. The angle on the passenger side was off, but it was adjustable by moving the mirror in. I got to the dealership and Jeff Garcia received the car. He was very helpful and polite. He told me it might take a while because they would have to re-align the camera. When I came back to pick up the car, the mirror was all the way out. I retracted the mirrors and took them out again, but this time the passenger mirror went all the way out. I turned around and told them that the mirror had been damaged while on service. Aaron Lux took the car, again he was very polite and said they were going to tale care of the problem. I waited in the lobby and he came back with the service manager. He said that they had a video of the mirror already doing that, but the video is in a different location. The service manager implied that I was lying about the state of the car when delivered to the dealer. I would NOT have any problem paying for a new mirror as I know that there was an issue caused by us before the dealer, but it is quite uncomfortable to have a representative of an establishment implying that you are trying to scam them. The mirror now has to be replaced as it is inoperable, but I couldn’t do it at the same place as the implications of the service manager are of a moral nature to me. The service, attention, and presentation of the dealer were remarkable up to the exchange with the service manager. The defensive and repetitive implications of the service manager suggest that this situation happens often. I can believe that NOT at all times are the clients lying. More

Everyone is so friendly and professional. The waiting time is just too long. I had to wait about an hour and 40 minutes for just an oil change. The prices are also so much higher on parts. I’ve always used this dealership to service my vehicle and most of the time walked out satisfied. However this time my daughter took my vehicle for service and now she never want to go back there again. W and most of the time walked out satisfied. However this time my daughter took my vehicle for service and now she never want to go back there again. With a 1:30 PM appointment she returned home around 4:30 PM. Upon asking she mentioned that initially when she drove in, she was told that an agent will be with her momentarily, which took about 30 minutes for an agent to acknowledge that she was there. While waiting she couldn’t understand why the people who came after here were attended first. Then, after over two hours upon asking the status of the service she was told that they’re finishing up and then they’ll do the car wash and should be done in few minutes. A few minutes later she was told her that car is ready and that she needs to pay the bill. She was then directed to valet to pick up the car outside and there a gentleman told her that it’s not here and he needs to go and get it for her. Thirty minutes later the same service advisor reached out to her asking why she is still here and she told her what was said to her 30 minutes ago, and then service advisor looked around and responded that her car keys are already here and the car is ready to go. It took her over two hours just to get the oil change. With such a bad experience she’s doesn’t want to go back there, especially, when I put in a good word for this location. Additionally, afternoon oil changes get 10% off as per their website and yet she ended up paying the full prices. I strongly believe they should look into this and reverse the entire charges to compensate for providing such an experience. More
