moonroof on 2014 sequoia had to be replaced. Service advisor Collin Lutz was very good to deal with but the service manager Kevin Jeon was disgraceful. Service techs left grime all over the interior, didn't reinstall the headliner completely, left tool marks on the plastic covers in several places, and didn't correctly install the plastic cover over the door A pillar where it ties into the dash. When my wife tried to point out these issues to Mr. Jeon he was completely dismissive, maybe because she's female? We spent $4000 on this repair and waited 3 months to get the parts. After this, I'll find another dealer. I wouldn't trust Jeon to rotate the ties without trashing my car. More
