Very long wait times for service even with an appointment. To make things worse, I always see other customers get checked in before I do despite myself arriving before. We waited for nearly 7 hours for the trunk door to be fixed, and I think there could be improvements in communication during such lengthy waits. If I hadn't taken the initiative to speak with the adviser fixed, and I think there could be improvements in communication during such lengthy waits. If I hadn't taken the initiative to speak with the adviser, I would have been unaware of the status of my vehicle. I understand that the adviser has other customers to attend to, but providing updates would really enhance the customer experience. Additionally, the television wasn't on in the waiting area, so I approached someone in the parts department to inquire about it. I was informed that they didn’t have the remote and that someone would turn the TV on, but unfortunately, that never happened. On a positive note, the adviser was clear and sincere in his efforts to help us. He also offered a complimentary ride for us to grab something to eat, which was greatly appreciated since our appointment was at 7 AM, and we didn’t leave the dealership until nearly 1 PM. Overall, while there were some challenges, I believe improved communication and amenities in the waiting area could enhance the overall experience. More
Had to wait almost 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with appointment. I try to only use FBT but may try another place for oil change in future. Dealership is great. My only complaint was the service tech didn’t reset my computer after oil change. It still showed service required upon start of the truck.
