I want to share everyone about a bad situation and bad feeling. I got permission from the general sales manger to make this feedback review about this issue. I regret buying a used car here at fort bend toyota. After 2 months later, this car was in a bad condition so i am going to resale and will buy a new car. The sales guys was the best but in the general sales department there is a problem to the used cars. When you do test driving, big and small problems happen alot and soon we find it later after buying car immediately. For mean this doesn't mean good condition and fine. Still they tell us that it is in a good condition and it has passed the inspection so nothing is wrong and also when driving there are no problem. And then the general sales manger (J) and general used sales manger are both bad customer service because they don't want to listen to the customer and won't figure out a solution seriously by not trying understanding the customer well. So talking to these people is feeling very bad. They gave us an estimate amount of the car to fix but the 1st price became now totally different price as it went up more and more very high. When buying a used here and right after if there is an issue, they would just turn it on the customer fault and customer's responsibility of this issue. I want to remind everyone again that I regret buying a used here at Fortbend Toyota. Customer aren't professional. They told us that this car is good condition, checked inspection, and everything is fine so that is why we signed as it is. But everything is not fine or good condition so that means I can't trust them. Because fortbend toyota is a big car dealer place we trusted the sales man and bought the car but this problem happens like when you get a car at a small unknown car dealer place. The general sales managers John told us to put feedback review as much as we want to. They don't take Customers seriously and has not responsibility for their action. They also doesn't try to understand Customer situation. So they are very rude and mean. I just want to inform all of the customers about this. More
