Angel was a great service advisor. But for the first time since 2020, all the other service was not good. Angel was the only advisor working this morning. I had to stand outside for 10 minutes for the valet to talk to me, and then another 10 minutes for him to go somewhere behind the service center to get my car. I am handicapped and I am not supposed to stand for 20 minutes. More

I don’t have any complaints about the service but what I will comment on is the wait. When I checked in for my appointment at 9:30 I was told it would be “a couple or 2-3 hours”. The supervisor I worked with was keeping me updated and he was professional. However, when checking out, the customer service is one of the worst I’ve seen in my life! This is not the first time I come her he was professional. However, when checking out, the customer service is one of the worst I’ve seen in my life! This is not the first time I come here (warranty). I walked up to the counter, and the guy says he doesn’t have my name. I tell him they called me and told me my car was ready and I drove here (30 minutes). He just answers: no, we don’t have it. After we kept pushing back he finally decided to go and check and came back with my paper work within 5 seconds. Then I asked him to show me what I’m being charged for on the receipt and he didn’t know. No type of customer service whatsoever! It’s like he expects me to go to his colleagues and search for my paper work. This doesn’t include the other cashier near the parts department standing there looking angry and miserable and staring at everyone. He could at least help put price tags or something. The only reason I would come here is because they’re Toyota and their cars are great. But the process and employees there might be the absolute worst. DO NOT COME HERE FOR SERVICE OR ANYTHING ELSE. GET A CAR AND LEAVE. More
