The staff is friendly, they proactively ask if I need help. I needed to do car maintenance and they were very fast, and efficient. My vehicle had to be serviced 3 times after spark plug replacement. Check engine light came on each time and after the first time it was fixed it left me stranded at a gas station and had to be towed to T replacement. Check engine light came on each time and after the first time it was fixed it left me stranded at a gas station and had to be towed to Toyota. 2nd attempt to fix the issue was them telling me battery had to be replaced at $400, picked up vehicle and same day returned it to dealer as light came back on. 3rd attempt another issue came up and that was replaced, so now waiting to see what happens. More upsetting is I paid for a $400 battery, missed 2 days of work, all for something they misdiagnosed. Also, no communication on part of the techs assisting me, only texts to tell me service was done and “vehicle ready” and was given a somewhat explanation only after I asked what the issue was. You would think that after 3 times of taking vehicle for same issue, and having it breakdown there would be better communication on part of toyota service dept. I have been a customer for over 7 years, bought both my vehicles there and very disappointed in how they handled this last service issue. More
