It just so happened that the Asst Service Manager, Steven, saw me waiting alone in the drive. It was obvious he’d just come back from a break, but nonetheless he immediately paused to help. Having worked dealer service before, I can say that I’ve never seen a manager willingly take on a customer. Not to mention doing it with genuine positivity. Kudos, for real. That’s top notch service. Everybody at the dealership is very friendly and I’ve only had good experiences! More
