Waited 20 minutes for them to check me in when I had an appointment time scheduled. Guy who finally checked me seemed very rushed and just wanted to get me out of the way it seemed. I asked for a ride back appointment time scheduled. Guy who finally checked me seemed very rushed and just wanted to get me out of the way it seemed. I asked for a ride back but he told me that they only offer Lyfts if the work goes over 45 minutes and that I should be out before that. Ended up waiting close to 2 hours. When they finally finish working on my car they said they can’t find my extended warranty coverage and that I had to pay for work done on patching a tire even though my extended warranty covers road hazards.
