The issue was a whine which occurred when the accelerator was pressed. They diagnosed the issue as the transmission and said it needed to be replaced. However, the dealership stated that no new transmissions were available and there were 53 other people waiting on the same transmission nationwide. They estimated it would take 5 MONTHS to get a new one. Because it was still under the drive train warranty, they rented me a car from Hertz at their expense, but would not cover the insurance for the rent car. The cost of full coverage rent insurance was $32 a day from Hertz. For 5 months that comes to about $4800, which would have to come out my pocket. Needless to say we were very upset. We didn't get anywhere with dealership on this issue or with Toyota Corporate Customer Care. Amazing out of nowhere a transmission showed up in about 10 days and was installed quickly, so the 5 month wait period was bogus. The dealership could not explain why they thought it would take 5 months or why they were able get the transmission in about one week. It's all very fishy. Nonetheless, the car has been repaired and is running well for the time being, but Toyota's reputation has been irreparably been damaged. If Toyota does have take 5 months to repair one of their vehicle still under warranty, they should absorb all the costs of the rent car including the insurance coverage, regardless of what the contract states. Service advisor was professional but programmed to tell customers what they want to hear not what as actually. Mechanics are prone to always find more bad stuff that is actually needed. My windows are still squeaky, and today nothing was done to them, again. Mechanic had wrong windows on his video and advisor told me that they were taken care off, but they were not. Lady at the counter was quick and o get the payment info, but could not even explain the bill and charges to me. I love my truck , but would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Unbelievably slow service. I bought my 4Runner here 4 years ago and have it serviced here ever since. I always set my appointment on the Toyota app, but that doesn’t do any goo I bought my 4Runner here 4 years ago and have it serviced here ever since. I always set my appointment on the Toyota app, but that doesn’t do any good. My oil change and tire rotation today took them 4 hours. It’s totally inexcusable and the prices aren’t any good either. I’d gladly pay more at a Toyota dealership and would have bought all of the “recommended” services but I had already been waiting for 2 hours and 45 minutes at the time my advisor called me about them. Today was the last straw with them and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Total disrespect of my time. You’d think they would serve a loyal customer better. More

I feel fully confident in bringing my older Toyota to them for service and I highly recommend this dealership for quality work done quickly. More
Anthony did a great job taking care of me. Had several recall matters and front seat matters. Anthony kept me updated by phone status on repairs. Had to order parts to repair driver’s seat.
