The guys at the garage were quick to attend to me when I arrived. I got a Lyft back home (nearby) at no cost to me and they sent a car to pick me up when they finished so I could pick up my car. Absolutely the worst service I have had at any dealership in 45 years. I took my 2022 in for warranty of the rear parking sensor system. The tech said that because my truck had been undercoated with NH oil in 45 years. I took my 2022 in for warranty of the rear parking sensor system. The tech said that because my truck had been undercoated with NH oil the warranty wasn't valid and the sensor was damaged because of the undercoating. I went under the vehicle, removed the sensor and there was absolutely no undercoating anywhere near the sensors. They tried to charge me $850.00 to replace a sensor which should have been warranty work. Adding insult to injury, they reassembled the sensor, broke the retaining clip and just left it. I found it when I arrived home. I am purchasing the parts and installing them myself. Stay far away from this dealership. I'm contemplating escalating the complaint to regional but I'm not sure its worth the aggravation. More
