Have been a customer there for the past 6 plus years with no complaints. I was extremely disappointed today with your mechanics and the agent. In addition to oil change and 16-18 point inspection, I specifically requested INSPECTION for my FL tire which was losing air pressure for the last 24-48 hours. To my dismay, on my way back from Toyota I got that tire checked at a gas station and he found a nail in the tire and fixed it. I even questioned the agent, Adrian, there about at least having equal and to the specified level air pressure in ALL 4 tires. Other gas station found 32 lbs in FL and 37 lbs in the rest three. It was very unprofessional and un ethical service today and makes me wonder if any service was even done at all today. More
