Great customer service. Check tire & maintenance required lights went on. Arrived at 7 am and we were out by 7:30. Replaced oil & oil filter. First I asked the sensor for back up camera , the guy took me the workshop showing me issue , he tray to tell ( several time ) was someone try to break / hit the sensor , but did not have any evidence th took me the workshop showing me issue , he tray to tell ( several time ) was someone try to break / hit the sensor , but did not have any evidence that was breaking or hitting the sensor , and then he told the price , was $ 1630 plus labor will be like $2500 something , wow ! Asked him are you sure that is the price , ( I asked two time , his answer yes and yes . Guest what ?! Was his mistake , wrong price . How come can make this type of mistake , and also did oil change service today , quest what they forgot to put the sticker on my left side window , for next service , I have to go back to talk the service manager , he did said anything, look like he is been very busy . Terrible service and mistakes should not happen at this dealership Toyota , very frustrating and disappointed. More
