The dealership itself was nice, but my salesman Marco Ledesma was sleazy. He ran my credit four times without my permission. I explicitly told him to not do that until I spoke with my credit union first. Ledesma was sleazy. He ran my credit four times without my permission. He then lied to me when he said my loan was approved by my credit union but, it wasn't until I finalized my paperwork that I noticed the loan went through Toyota. During my test drive, he was silent and didn't describe the cars features at all. I asked Marco if he could do me a favor and help me find reasonable insurance for the car, to which he agreed. It wasn't until after he made his sale with me that he said he wasn't responsible for helping me find insurance. I understand he isn't required to do so, but he agreed to do it when I asked initially. Marco Ledesma was incredibly unprofessional, but I really wanted the car. I hope to never deal with him again and that he may be replaced with someone who is competent. More
