It was pouring rain out and without hesitation, he ran out and drove the car we wanted to see up under the awning. Every little question we had, he was able to answer with a smile. We felt no pressure from him to buy which was important to my husband who has been known to walk out if a salesman is pressuring him. Daniel spent as long as I needed to show me the "how tos" of the car, including programming my phone to car. he never once acted like he was in a hurry.
