I was able to easily book my service appointment online. The dealership had my parts on hand and were able to fix my AC motor as well as the belt. The tech also provided a complete inspection report to have a good feel for my 180K Sequoia. I'll surely go back for service and repairs. I was waiting for about six hours and was offered a Lyftshare, if I needed to go about my business. The service center surely needs a face-lift. It doesn't look like other Toyota service centers but more like smaller auto center with ample space to pull up. Refreshments were available for all customers and the bathrooms were clean with touchless faucets. More
