My son took my truck in for oil change and inspection. He arrived on time to the appointment. After 1.5 hours waiting and no update I called. After finally getting through to someone he advised me my advi He arrived on time to the appointment. After 1.5 hours waiting and no update I called. After finally getting through to someone he advised me my advisor went to lunch and someone will call me back. 10 minutes later my advisor called me and said that they where working in the multipoint inspection and they had just finished the state inspection that’s why he didn’t give me any update. Which that was lie 1 because he was at lunch. He said it would still take 30 minutes more after I approve the multi point inspection. I didn’t have a issue waiting but no updates is not ok. Lie 2 came after I saw the time the state inspection was performed, 40 minutes after he said it was already done. More
Sergio was unprofessional from the start and didn’t even communicate with me in a timely manner.
