I give Sterling McCall 6 stars. Been going here for years. Always have time to work me into their schedule, even when I know they are busy. Mr. Mo was great, friendly and tried to accommodate all concerns, successful on most concerns, will definitely keep his info. The manager OMAR did not want to budge on replacing the engine air filter and air cabin filter, these are basics that should be taken care of before the sale, complaining that the vehicle came from another dealer therefore he was not responsible to replace filters (I offered and willing to replace the filters personally if he/Sterling gave me the filters), Apparently he did not do his job in making sure the task was taken care of before receiving the vehicle, he finally gave me a voucher with a choice of the cabin or intake filter (chose the cabin). I will use the voucher at the time of picking up plates. Thank you Mo, thank you John More
