I went in for a simple service visit and after 2 1/2 hours I went up to a cashier, who was on her phone so I had to ask if she could help me, and my service rep had gone to lunch. Nobody was answering e hours I went up to a cashier, who was on her phone so I had to ask if she could help me, and my service rep had gone to lunch. Nobody was answering even though they said they have a partner cover when someone leaves. Thankfully Edwin, the manager was there. He was literally the only person I encountered that had any customer service. More
