Do not go there! I was about to buy the car. I WENT To finance and the finance people were so mean. Robert. Donero asked weird questions like: where are you from.. are I was about to buy the car. Disrespectful I scheduled an appointment on-line with Sterling McCall five days in advance indicating the work that was needed. It was a recall on a 2013 Tacoma. I scheduled an appointment on-line with Sterling McCall five days in advance indicating the work that was needed. It was a recall on a 2013 Tacoma. When I arrived at the appointed time I was told by the rep that they did not have the parts to complete the work. From the time I left home to the time I returned was 1.5hrs. In five days no one in the service dept took three minutes to check to see if they could do the work. They did not even check to see if my VIN was included in the recall beforehand. It was. They showed no respect at all for my time. I am not saying that I will never use them again, but they will be my last choice. I recommend that you do the same if you value your time. More

After being burned by another Toyota dealership we stopped in on a whim around 7pm on a Saturday night. I told Robert what I wanted, what I needed the numbers to be, and asked if it was possible. He did some math and worked some magic and hustled for 3 hours to make sure we were happy. Our 2 year old was asleep in the car and he got our trade in appraised with him still in the car (allowing us to stay right next to him the whole time) and then ran back and forth out to the parking lot to talk to us so we didn't have to wake him up. We've bought several cars over the last 10 years and have never had a dealership work so hard for our business and we will definitely keep them in mind when we purchase our next vehicle, as well as recommend them to any of our friends, family, and coworkers who are looking to buy. More

Not competent with the Market price (NEW Vehicles Only) We have inquired about New 2017 Toyota Rav4. We are ready to make the deal but Sales Representative kept on pushing that Customers are Ignorant s a We have inquired about New 2017 Toyota Rav4. We are ready to make the deal but Sales Representative kept on pushing that Customers are Ignorant s and Prices they quote doesn't make sense. (Which is not always true_. So he bought the invoice with Dealers MRSP 26K and after a lengthy discussion adding benefits here and there and tired conversations, came down to 23800$. Next day we went tried another certified dealer and they gave exact Same vehicle internet price for 21, 250$ with same Ad dons (no hurting backs, no lengthy conversation but just Hassle free). I personally would ask you to think twice before committing the price with this dealer especially, You may 99% find better price in the market, especially with Newer Vehicles. This is just my experience & opinion, it varies from person to person. More
