Dropped my car off for my service appointment at 12pm. Wasn’t seen until 12:30pm. Tried to ask a nearby advisor, Jessica, for help. She was super rude and dismissive. Normally I have a good experience at this dealership, but that was not the case today. I tried to keep my calm and not get furious once the damage had been done because I understand mistakes can be made. Wha that was not the case today. What really set me off was how everyone wanted to act like it wasn’t a serious issue. The manager even made a snide remark that almost set me off but I kept my cool. I bought my vehicle and paid to be able to bring it here to get serviced. And honestly after today they left a really bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be buying my next car here, even though I had already planned to do so. I will go out of my way to purchase elsewhere. More
