On earlier Saturdays, they would finish my car in about 4 hours. I came on Friday (today), it took 7 hours to finish. Every time I’d ask when my car would be finished, I was constantly answered “20 more minu hours. I came on Friday (today), it took 7 hours to finish. Every time I’d ask when my car would be finished, I was constantly answered “20 more minutes” but it would never be 20. It was less busy, but took even more time. The cashier/receptionist wasn’t proper or respective. After being a long-time member there, or even a new customer, is it so wrong to treat them with respect while giving the whole truth? More
