I felt they did a good job on my vehicle. They are very professional and well qualified and I am happy with my service. But I must chastise them a bit for taking 3 1/2 hours to do my oil change. If they’re backed up, just be honest and let us know because we can always reschedule. I had a 10 o’clock appointment and arrived at 9:30 and did not leave until 2 PM. Other than that, I am happy with the service I feel the guys are well-trained and are empathetic to what my needs may be merry Christmas. Stay safe Richard. More

Service department has gone down and they have tried to be too tech centric but not have people ready to explain the repair details. I had a car oil change and went for service. After a 2 hr wait I was asked to collect the car. Seems like they didn’t do the oil change and gave me back the car with an all green report. The car Dashboard still shows as oil change required. I have been trying to reach them to confirm for the last three days and yet no one has confirmed on if they missed it or what. Very poor customer service and not the first time I have experienced something like this. More
