This review is for the service area. I made an appointment for an oil change and was told a recall came up that would be a quick fix. All in all, a total wait time of 2-2.5 hours, which I made an appointment for an oil change and was told a recall came up that would be a quick fix. All in all, a total wait time of 2-2.5 hours, which I thought was excessive. My advisor was helpful and professional. It ended up being three hours before my vehicle was ready, leaving me little time to get to my next appointment. My advisor was apologetic about the wait but this really didn’t make up for it. There were many vehicles being worked on that day. I’m not sure if they all had appointments but a 3 hour wait time on a routine oil change with an appointment slot is just unreasonable. More

I got my 2015 RAV4 back in 2020 at a side dealership. Though she was in great condition for her age, she needed work done after the first year so I brought her into the service dept!
