Overall, I had a good experience with this dealership. .. the reason for the 2 star knock was because of financing. In no way should it take 2.5 hrs to finalize financing on ANY vehicle. This led to a VERY upset spouse and almost caused me to walk out and a deal die. Trade in value was very competitive, price on the used vehicle I bought was also very solid (was still hoping to get a little more on both sides but not enough to cancel the deal). Overall, my experience with the sales floor was fine, a bit tough to do a full test drive in the area of Houston I was in, but overall a good experience, would recommend! More

Prior to going to the dealership, I called several times to see if they had the car I was looking for and was it still available. The service manager Luis was completely unresponsive and gave me false infor to see if they had the car I was looking for and was it still available. From this online request I was contacted by Jordan Diego, who worked his butt off to get us into the car that we desired. Both Jordan and Rahat Islam worked the deal for us to achieve the purchase we desired.. the two of these saleman, were 100% professional,courteous and VERY VERY helpful..
