I did the work for them believing they were men of their word. 6 months later and they are avoiding me and still haven't paid me. The absolute worst part is I only charged them $4900. Please please please do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere. If they are willing to screw over a small business owner like me I cannot even imagine the shady stuff they do to customers. Especially their service department and sales department. I wish I would have read reviews of this place before doing the work for free. Seems like they have been criminals for a long time. Amazing to me that a corporation like Ford would let these people represent their brand. More

We purchased a vehicle on October 26,2023 with a trade in. I’ve still waiting for them to payoff my trade in. I have my insurance company wanting to know why there’s no insurance on vehicle . I’ve been charged a payment on 11/6 for a car 10 days after trade in. Stoped in today 11/18 car is still not paid off. Was told they would look into it. Took me info then walked away. Oh they have my trade on website for sale.23 days after purchase with trade in. I asked them how they were going to sell a vehicle without a title. A 2015 Honda CR-V. Great car. Probably won’t go there again! More

After repairs at another mechanic, found further repairs were beyond their capability. Took it to this dealer to find more detailed analysis. They simply took the code history and wrote an estimate based o were beyond their capability. Took it to this dealer to find more detailed analysis. They would not update based on repairs already done and stated it needed same repairs done that were already repaired. When we came to get car they stated that our lug nut tool was broke and they couldn’t tighten to factory spec. They claimed it was stripped when they got it which is impossible because they had to use it to take the wheels off. We paid and drove out of parking lot to find tires falling off car. We pulled over immediately, across the street to find the wheels completely loose and 2 lug nuts missing. The wheels could be wiggled by hand they were so loose. We could not tighten the lugs because they broke/stripped our lug tool. After several called to them we got no resolution or admission of fault. The GM actually hung up on us. They caused a dangerous situation that endangered our lives with no concern. They should be shut down as I have spoken to many folks here with similar bad experiences there. A complete scam business. I sold my truck to Steve Coury Ford EIGHT MONTHS AGO and my loan has still not been paid off. I am now getting hit negatively on my credit and getting constant calls from Capital One. He seemed to find this humorous and thought I would however this truck is still in my name. They refuse to return my truck and have yet to pay off my loan. I have retained an attorney. More

The next payment is sitting at my credit union and they were told to hold it for a few days until they post it. I have my fingers crossed that they don't screw my credit over while they float checks. I purchased a new 2020 F150 on October 8, 2020 from Steve Coury Ford. I was then called in early March 2021 to purchase a different new 2020 F150, this one with more features than the last one. I did end up trading in the original F150 and bought the second F150 on March 23, 2021. With the trade in, the dealership was supposed to pay the original loan off but has not as of yet, June 6, 2021. According to the original lenders website, a check was sent in on May 10, 2021 for the payoff but then was immediately reversed, again on the same day. Once again, on May 26, 2021 a check was sent to the original lender for payoff then immediately reversed. As of today, I have had to make 2 additional payments on a truck I do not have possession of, so that my credit will not be ruined because of Steve Coury Ford. I have reached out to the dealership numerous times regarding this issue, each time they state they will take care of the payoff, but they do not/ Additionally, the original F150 has been sold to a new buyer; just to be completely clear: MY F150, purchased in October 2020, that still has a loan on it, has been sold by Steve Coury to a NEW buyer with the understanding that the truck has a clear title, whereas it has a current lien in my name. Do not buy from Steve Coury Ford or any of his dealerships. There are several other reviews on all platforms describing this scam they are running. Additionally, there are quite a few lawsuits filed with the same issue. Once again DO NOT BUY FROM STEVE COURY. More
