I just bought my second car here I have always been a fan of this dealership and they continue to keep my business. I bought my first car there 7 years ago. I was in a pretty tigh I have always been a fan of this dealership and they continue to keep my business. I bought my first car there 7 years ago. I was in a pretty tight situation and desperately needed a new car. They bent over backwards to help me get the car I needed with payments I could afford. It was an older car to begin with but whenever I took my car there for regular servicing and check ups, I never felt cheated or ripped off. In fact, people always warned me not to go to the dealership because they would do "this" or they would do "that" but nothing like what they warned me about ever happened. A few times, they even gave me significantly discounted services just out of the blue. I was in the market for a new car again this October and went there first because I had been impressed by their service over the years. It took 2 trips to find the car that fit me and my budget right but I don't regret it at all. I was able to trade my old car for the Kelly Blue Book price and I was able to negotiate the prices down to the level I was looking for. The car is great and even when I compare online deals with what I ended up paying for my new car for, I feel like I got a good deal. More

I've purchased a car and two days later after figuring out that it does not meet my needs at all brought it back in hope of exchanging for a more suitable for my lifestyle vehicle. Same day purchased significantly more expensive car but in the process lost all my savings. They didn't want to return the money I gave them for the first car just a few days earlier explaining that there's no "cooling off" policy with them. I'm a single parent and now I'm in a deep financial despair because of Steve Hahn's dealership. Well, I understand there's no much that I can do about it right now, but at least I can warn other buyers so they won't get reaped off the way I was. Take your business elsewhere unless you don't mind loosing your money to those guys. I bought three cars from Bob Hall's dealership throughout the years and they always gave me three days return guarantee. I was expecting the same courtesy from Steve Hahn. Lesson learned. More

The biggest complaint I have for dealerships is the time that it takes to complete the purchase. I arrived before noon on a weekday, and within 30 minutes was test driving the vehicle which I ended up purchasing. The sales person was friendly but not to to intrusive and had the professional knowledge necessary to help me in a timely manner. After a quick negotiation I went to the 'finance' office. The lady who took care of the details for me was courteous, and spent only the necessary time to present me with the options. The whole paperwork process was completed in about 40 minutes....much less than the two hours I fully expected. I was completely happy with the overall respect for my time. I would purchase again from this place! I did return to the service department a few days later and had my questions answered there quickly as well. The vehicle perfroms well and I am a happy Kia customer. Thank you, hope this helps! More
