We went to Steve Lewis Subaru for a few reasons: we had heard how great the service was, we had heard that you can get a good price there for a new Su We went to Steve Lewis Subaru for a few reasons: we had heard how great the service was, we had heard that you can get a good price there for a new Subaru, and it was the location we wanted to travel for service once we purchased our vehicle. We contacted the dealership through their website for a price on a Forester that we saw online. They responded very quickly with a phone call and Jesse Pawlowski gave us a great quote and set up an appointment for us to come in and view the car. When we arrived, we were introduced to our salesman, Eric LeSeige. He was very nice and helpful. Eric brought us for a test drive and explained all of the features of the Forester. We sat down with him and completed the paperwork and received a fair price for our trade-in. It was very busy that day, so we went to lunch while a few other people met with the finance manager. We came back and met with Jared Gale to go over our finance application. We got a great rate on our loan through Jared. There was some miscommunication about finalizing the loan documents that almost caused a delay in us being able to pick up our new car when we were scheduled to, however, Eric helped us to get things completed in time for us to pick up the car as scheduled. Caro Sheridan reviewed the warranty and extras with us and showed us every detail of the car and how to work everything before we left. Overall, I thought each person we worked with was courteous and professional. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants to purchase a Subaru for a good price, fair trade-in, and excellent customer service. More

David Hanks was wonderful to deal with, knowledgeable and patient. I had seen him a few months prior to purchasing and test drove a few vehicles. When I finally made up my mind I went back and they had the perfect certified pre-owned vehicle on the lot. I showed up just to look around on a Friday afternoon and drove away with my new Subaru just a couple hours later! Highly recommend this dealership. More

We worked with David Hanks, and right from the start he was wonderful- he’d asked me what my vehicle needs & wants were, he worked numbers with us and explained things thoroughly, he found the exact vehicle I’d researched, during the test drive he explained functions and features, and he was never at all pushy. The turn-around time on the application was very fast. Delivery/pick-up day was the smoothest vehicle purchase I have ever experienced— the paperwork and terms were all explained in detail, and before we left with our new car we were given a hands on tutorial of all the features. I honestly have had a phenomenal car buying experience, thanks to this wonderful team at Steve Lewis Subaru. When the time comes for me to get our next new vehicle, I will absolutely be returning to their business. More

Great experience buying a used car from Steve Lewis. I had a great buying experience. I came in looking for a vehicle I saw on the website and was able to test drive it and David took me out and showed I had a great buying experience. I came in looking for a vehicle I saw on the website and was able to test drive it and David took me out and showed me all the features. No pressure and I received a carfax report of the vehicle and David answered any questions I had of the car. I had a smooth buying experience and everyone was friendly. When a low tire light came on after over a week, I brought it back and they took care of it with no problems. I am very happy with my vehicle and would highly recommend Steve Lewis. They go beyond to make a car experience hassle free and enjoyable. More

Once Glen Reen introduced himself to us he became our go to guy and made it such an enjoyable and easy experience . It was like hanging out with an old friend!!!
