Glen and all the rest of the financial team made it easy for me. I felt more like family and had noting but good vibes through the entire process. He helped me find just what I was looking for and at a very fair price. The building its self is great.. fresh coffee through out the day that myself and Everyone especially Glen was welcoming. Sales and Finance folks were great! I found the care I was looking for on SL website. Ive wanted a Subaru for a couple of years but circumstances kept be from getting serious about it. I was finally in somewhat of a position to look and see if it could work out. I met Kyle Goodreau soon after my email to SL inquiring about the car. It is a 2-15 Forested. Kyle set up an appointment which was convenient for me. I liked Kyle right away No pressure and a great personality. After test driving a Forested and hearing all the features the Forester had to offer, more than I thought,and looking and driving the vehicle I was interested in, he initiated the financing with Jack, it the finance dept. The first app was accepted, even with my nominal down payment but the monthly payments and interest rate was out of my range. Jack and Kyle suggested later model with more mileage, and a color I was not to keen on.and I was thinking of waiting for another year or so. Jac then said he was sending the app to another source on the vehicle I had my site on. This app was accepted, with Jacks help, and I got the payments I was happy with at a good rate. All and all, these people and especially Kyle know these cares and are dedicated to the Subaru brand. I so appreciate their interest and efforts that helped me and I cannot say enough about the genuine care, concern, hospitality and friendship they showed! Thank you gentleman!!
