Missing bolts and fuel lines they misplaced! Worked on my 2015 wrx, took a month and a half to do an engine tear down. During this whole process they never updated me with progress, I had to call each time. When they had finished the engine tear down they determined I needed a new shortblock which they had quoted me at 9,000 for the repair. Shortly after deciding to go forward with the repair they now requote me for 12,500!! When I ask why it was raised 3,500 more they said that they must have miscalculated and that I would be better of going to another shop to have the work done. I said that it would make the most sense to have my car repaired there since they had already been working on it, again they suggested going to another shop to have My car repaired. This seemed odd that a car dealership that is supposed to specialize in subarus didn't want to help a customer and get out of doing the repair. This is when I decide to notify corporate of what's been going on, and I decide to have my car towed out of the shop. I did some research and find a dealership in New Hampshire that specializes in subaru repairs. When working on my car they discover that there was missing nuts and bolts for the engine and missing fuel lines. Also, there were nuts and bolts from a 1992 Subaru Impreza that they threw in a box with my disembled engine block. I can't believe any dealership would operate in this kind of manner, and I'm surprised they believe they can get away such carelessness and lack of repeat for customers. More
They saved the day! I brought my car in to the service department at Steve Lewis Subaru after my right front tire started making an awful scraping noise. As a student, and out of state I needed to get my car back to working order before making the commute home at the end of the week. The service team at Steve Lewis took my car in right away and I was able to connect to their free wifi in their comfortable waiting area to work on some school work while they took care of my car. Understanding that I am a college student and that I needed the issue resolved right away, Benny Cruz in the service department took the car in for a break inspection, for $20 all of the tires and break pads/backing plates were checked, a rock was removed and all of my wheels were lubricated to help prevent this from happening again. I was in and out in an hour. The team at Steve Lewis was so kind and accommodating and made a scary situation a breeze. More

All of the personnel we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. At no time did we feel pressured, and our sales person (Eric LeSiege) spent lots of time with us while we made our decision. At no time did we feel like we were being rushed. While we always shop around (brands and dealerships), Steve Lewis has either beat or come close enough to our pricing expectations that we have now leased 2 cars from them, and bought 1 in 3 years. Brent Reed was the person who helped us go over the car and configure everything we needed at pickup, and he was most helpful. Additionally, the worst part is usually dealing with finance, but Jared Gale was pleasant, and while he presented a couple of additional options for us to consider - at no time was there any pressure more any surprises. Great customer service I visited this dealership back in February of 2016 and didn't have a great experience with two of the sales managers so I bought my vehicle elsewhere. I visited this dealership back in February of 2016 and didn't have a great experience with two of the sales managers so I bought my vehicle elsewhere. I had to stop by for maintenance the other week and decided to chat with someone in sales about testing driving a crosstrek and looking at the 2018 legacys. I met with Eric and he was wonderful. I was also introduced to the GM, Joe, who was very apologetic about my last experience and wanted to make things right. (Needless to say, the salesmen I dealt with in 2016 both are no longer there.) Eric was very respectful of my time. When I told him I only had time for a test drive, we only did a test drive. No sales pitch or quick questions to get me to stay longer. They had to bring my car in from another dealership, and did so very quickly. Eric even came in on his day off to present me with the vehicle. I also interacted with Tyler L and Jon Kubik both were friendly and professional. More
