Prompt, friendly service I had minimal wait time when I went in to buy a used car. I had already known what car I was interested in and Tyler allowed me to take it for a test drive. Satisfied with the my selection, I had Tyler walk me through the purchase process. I was done with the paperwork in less than an hour and was able to pick up the vehicle in two days. The wait time included resolving an existing recall issue, new tires, inspection and plates/registration. Being my first car purchase, I'm thankful to Tyler and Steve Lewis Subaru for making this process quick an painless. I would recommend this dealership to other and will strongly consider this dealership when in the market for another vehicle. On a side note, a co-worker purchased their car at the same time at another local dealer and was not so fortunate with their experience. More

What I greatly appreciate about Steve Lewis Subaru (and my salesperson, Tyler) is that there is virtually no pressure to make an immediate purchase. I also appreciate that I am treated with great respect as a woman purchasing a car, something that I found to not hold true at other dealerships in the past. In the case of my first Forester, I came back a number of times to test drive vehicles, as I was torn between models, the Outback being my first choice. Sales personnel were patient and allowed me to come to my own decision with no pressure. Once it came to financing, the process was painless (save the time it takes to do so, as these things go) and I believe that they offer the best terms possible to returning customers. And once a member of the Steve Lewis "family", service appointments are a breeze and I have never had a problem reaching someone during business hours to ask questions. Flawless I called ahead to the salesman that sold me my first Subaru to schedule a test drive. We took a couple of cars (STI & BRZ) out for a ride.
