Price negotiations were fairly simple since I already had other price quotes. Also adding extra options was fairly simple. Delivery was quick even though I added several extra options. Terra was very helpful in explaining all the new technology that the Legacy came with and my new options. The only negative would be no factory privacy glass. Already had them tinted.
