Our initial contact with Dave Hanks was delayed, since he was with other customers at the time, we were asked by several other members of the dealership if we needed help and made to feel comfortable. Our introduction to the vehicle was methodical and professional. We were introduced to several models and honed in on three, we then test drove all three and they were completely explained. We purchased the vehicle in record time mad with little drama or angst. Overall, from purchase to pick-up, we were impressed with Dave, Benny and Shayne, the TEAM worked its magic and before we realized it, we were returning home , well informed and feeling good. More
I needed help, and that's what I got from Benny Cruz! I purchased my 2013 Subaru Legacy from Steve Lewis Subaru a few years back. I received excellent customer service at that time. Recently, I obtained I purchased my 2013 Subaru Legacy from Steve Lewis Subaru a few years back. I received excellent customer service at that time. Recently, I obtained a new iphone, and was having difficulty pairing it with my bluetooth in the car. I called the dealership, and was told to bring it in and someone would help me with the process. The only day and time I could go was on a Friday around 11. When I arrived at the dealership, I found that they were extremely busy. However, I proceeded to the Service Dept where I was greeted by a gentleman at the counter. I explained my situation, and while I could see he was very busy, the gentleman (whose name sadly I did not get) made it a point to get me some help. The young man who came with me to set up the iphone was Benny Cruz. I can not say enough about how much he helped me! Setting up the bluetooth on the 2013 is complicated, to say the least! Benny went through it step by step, even assisting me in transferring my contacts to the car! It was pretty obvious to me that Benny had a lot of other things to do on this busy morning, but he took the time to help me without rushing or impatience! And thankfully, he knew his stuff. I can not say enough good about Benny - I hope his boss is reading this! And to add to this, I can not say enough good about my experiences with Steve Lewis Subaru! I hope this continues for many years to come! Thanks again Benny! More

I had a poor experience with this representative. From the second I sat in the chair he attempted to sell me hard on the extended warranty for my brand new vehicle. Even went as far as implying my car was likely to have problems. Than he started to bash all mechanics expect the ones that work for Steve Lewis. After declining twice I got sick of dealing with him and agreed to buy the cheapest one. Than we finally talked about financing. He either lied or didn't know that subarua has a 2.99 finance special for those with great credit on the wrx I bought. He offered me something else. Really just wanting the interaction to be over I agreed to it so I could go home. I suggest paying in cash or find and local credit union this rep had zero customer service skills and only cares about selling an extended warranty above cost. There sales department is great. But this department was terrible. I have attempted to cancel the extended warranty multiple times over two weeks. Still no replies from Steve Lewis. More

When we picked up the car (after certain extras were in installed in under two days) we were greeted and given a full rundown that was casual, yet professional.
