Amazing experience for my first car! I went to Steve Lewis Subaru last Saturday with the hopes of buying a 2016 Forester. I'm originally from Western Mass now living out near Boston but I I went to Steve Lewis Subaru last Saturday with the hopes of buying a 2016 Forester. I'm originally from Western Mass now living out near Boston but I decided to start at Steve Lewis. We had such an amazing experience throughout the process. Dave walked us through everything and made me an offer that fit my budget! A week later they even delivered my new car to me at work and took care of my trade in. Never once did I feel pressured to make a decision that day, but I'm so glad I did. I LOVE my new car and will certainly rave about my experience to everyone I know. Thank you!! More

mixed review! After doing research online I was able to communicate with Jesse by email and schedule a time to check out a used Forester. He was accommodating and stayed late to "close the deal." The downside of the experience was that the car was overpriced and there was no room for negotiation. If I had not felt like I needed something quickly I probably would have walked away. However, I feel like I am driving something safe and reliable which is a relief for me. I returned when the car was still under warranty to have two issues addressed and did not feel like I got good customer service from the sales department. one of the problems was repaired to my satisfaction, but the service department dismissed my other concern out of hand so that was a 50-50 situation. I am not sure I would go to this dealer again to purchase another vehicle. More

We were immediately greeted with a friendly "hello" from Salesperson Dan Marques. Dan has a pleasant personality and worked with us to answer our questions relating to a Subaru Outback that we had in mind to purchase. After a test drive and more "chatting" we made a final decision to purchase the Outback, as it was indeed what all the reviews raved about. After Dan prepared out paperwork, Benny Cruz, the tutorial "expert" demonstrated all the features of operating our new vehicle, great benefit for a new owner. Both Dan and Benny acted in a professional manner and without a doubt, enjoy their jobs. Bottom line, our experience at Steve Lewis Subaru was tops!! Thank you all. bjrobi More

He didn't brush me off, but spent time with me to make sure I felt comfortable with the options he was showing me. He was very attentive and listened to my needs in a car. Steve Lewis Subaru is Great I just stopped in to look and enjoyed a test drive with Todd Gerry. I never felt he was pushing me into buying, only telling me what a great car a Subaru was in all kinds of situations. I told him I would rate him a 12 on the scale as he was certainly worth that and more. Then Shayne Sweeney helped me through the paperwork in a most efficient manner.
