They make it right When I bought my Forster with Steve Lewis their mechanics unfortunately didn't know how to properly replace the molding that was on the car and botch When I bought my Forster with Steve Lewis their mechanics unfortunately didn't know how to properly replace the molding that was on the car and botched up the paint. But Steve Lewis sent the vehicle immediately over to the body shop and gave me a loaner car, Steve Lewis fully covered the costs. They went out of their way to be sure I was happy. I traded in my jeep for a Legacy and could not be happier. I went to the dealership with a budget, my sales rep Marcel was incredible with respecting my budget and was very truthful throughout the process. Marcel made this process easy, and enjoyable ( as enjoyable as it can get spending 16k on a car). I would reccomened Steve Lewis to any ad everyone and would have them see Marcel when they go to the dealership. My car had a small scratch on the door and they had me come back to the dealership a few weeks after I purchased my vehicle so they could repair the scratch at no cost at all. The gentleman who was fixing my scratch spent 30+ minutes fixing other small imperfections in the car without me asking him to do so. Buying a vehicle is stressful and scary sometimes but I felt very comfortable and very respected here. Great experience for me. I will be a forever Steve Lewis costumer! More
