As with the first time, both of these experiences were very enjoyable and reinforced to me the reason I chose this dealer. I enjoy automobiles and have purchased many over the years. In the past, it would typically take a lot of effort to culminate a sale, and I was often left wondering if I really got a good deal. At Steve Lewis, fun is back in the equation. John Acadia was my primary sales person for both my recent purchases, and he did an excellent job. Very pleasant and easy to deal with, and he kept me updated at each phase. When John was not available, Pete Lustenberger was there with a smile to ensure the process continued efficiently. Other team members who were also by helpful and fun to deal with were Shayne and Larry in the business office, Julie for her support of the process, GM Joe for his low key support and sincerity, and Tom who delivered my vehicles, great guy! More

I received great customer service from Dave Hanks (on the day we test-drove and purchased the car), from Benny Cruz (familiarizing us with the car's controls, warranty etc.) and Larry (finance specialist), who informed us about additional "warranty" type coverage that will benefit us going forward. When we moved onto test driving the Outbabk, Paul answereed all of our questions, again, about it's features. We were sold! Larry helped us with the paperwork and warranty information. Julie did a great job the next day training us to use all the features of the Outback. We've never experienced this level of professionalism and respect at any other car dealership. More
