2 cars in 6 months! I bought my first Subaru 6 months ago and the experience here was the best I've had at any dealership. As luck would have it, my new Subie was totalle I bought my first Subaru 6 months ago and the experience here was the best I've had at any dealership. As luck would have it, my new Subie was totalled a few thousand miles in. One of the first things I did was get in touch with my go to sales guy Dave Hanks to get a replacement. He was not only extremely understanding of my situation, he got me exactly what I wanted at a fair price...again! There's no awkward sales pitch, no run around. I'll be back for my third Subaru...but hopefully not too soon. More

Easy, honest, no BS After receiving several recommendations for Steve Lewis Subaru from various friends, and knowing that my 20 year old car was coming to the end of her After receiving several recommendations for Steve Lewis Subaru from various friends, and knowing that my 20 year old car was coming to the end of her life, I decided to pay the guys over there a visit to see what they had, whether or not I could afford it, and what this important purchase would like, step by step. I called and made a next-day appointment with Jared Gale. When I arrived, I only waited about 3 minutes before Jared came and met me. We got right into the logistics of car ownership, and with about 10 minutes Jared had a good idea of what the best car for me might be. We took it out for about a half hour on the road so I could get a realistic feel of the car, and once back at the dealership went right down to business. Because the wait to get approved for the loan was a hefty one, Jared and I spent the next two hours together. Two hours of waiting to hear if you're approved for a loan can be quite anxiety-producing, and could have also been incredibly boring, but Jared was personable, talkative, and very friendly. We ultimately spent the majority of the time waiting to hear back from the bank in casual conversation. Instead of trying to sell me parts I didn't want, a newer, more expensive car, or various auto-related gimmicks, Jared and I just chatted about the holidays, and my recent trip to Iceland, with photos and all. I did not once feel like I was being schmoozed by a used car salesman, I felt that Jared was genuinely interested in my having a pleasant experience at the dealership without putting on airs of any kind. When I did finally get approved for the loan, I went to the finance office where I met with Shayne Sweeney who gave me a step-by-step play-by-play of what it would look like to finance my vehicle, and advice on how to manage the loan and protect myself in the process. Again, this was a very pleasant, very straight-forward experience that involved a lot of paperwork and signage, and not once did I feel pushed or manipulative, despite my obvious n00b-status. After that, it only took a week for me to drive away in my new (to me) Subaru Outback. It was a pain-free, encouraging experience and I would definitely (and already have) recommend their service to friends and family .Thanks Steve Lewis Subaru! More
