I can't say enough about the professional manner in which we were treated, by everyone we came in contact with. We got a great deal on a great car and were made to feel like old friends. Our vehicle wasnt certified when we bought it, but somehow mistakenly got certified after the fact. Paul made sure that the certification was added to our paperwork, without any hassle! The owner, Steve Lewis, came over and introduced himseld to us and even horsed around with my 4-year old son! Additionally, both of the finance guys we dealt with (Larry and Myron) were super friendly, clear, concise, and not pushy whatsoever when it came to selling us a warranty. We will definitely be shopping here for our next vehicle. More

I prefer the clearance height of the Crosstrek and I'm still in the "honeymoon" period of ownership. What a great vehicle! This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Steve Lewis Subaru, and both times my experience has been excellent. The first time I purchased with Todd Gerry, and this time Kim Nall happened to be available. Both times I received an excellent presentation of the actual purchase price and the suggested retail price. They offered me a more than fair price, and of corse I've been very happy with their maintenance for my vehicle. I've taken advantage of their ride service while maintenance is being done which has been wonderful and allows me to utilize my time efficiently. I benefited from their tire replacement program with my 2013 Imprezza as a regular service customer. Myron was knowledgable and enjoyable to work with in the finance department, getting me an awesome rate on my loan. All in a all, everyone at this dealership is a pleasure to work with and friendly.
