Best Experience Ever!!! Earlier in the week,I had been told my 2001 Subaru Forester was not going to pass inspection without some costly major repairs. My parents had purchased a Cross Trek from him 18 months earlier and were very pleased with not only the vehicle but the way John took the time to listen to their needs. So off to find John Acadia at Steve Lewis Subaru I went. After a brief introduction, John listened as I mourned for my car that had taken me through a hurricane, tornado and a fall snowstorm that knocked electricity out of Western Massachusetts for a week. I explained that my Forester did not let me down during those trying times. I said I needed the same reliability in my next car. John showed me 3 cars that day within a price range that would fit my budget. He let me go home and think about the cars I had just seen. There was no pressure to purchase immediately. I was back 2 days later to test drive the car I had chose. 4 days from my first introduction to John, I was driving home in another Subaru Forester.
