The most welcoming experience I went in looking for my first time financing a car, where I was welcomed by Paul Figueiredo. makes you feel at home I visited Steve Lewis 2 times this spring because I was car shopping and exploring Subarus. On my first visit, Steve Rivers came right over to help me while I was in the parking lot looking at the cars and was more than happy to answer my questions and accompany me on a test drive of their very popular Crosstrek. He gave me a written quote before I left. A few months later, I went back and this time I was introduced to John Acadia as Steve was busy with another potential buyer. I wasn't with John that long when another customer came in that he knew and needed to be with apparently, so he kindly passed me off to Kim Nall. Kim was just as nice as could be and extremely knowledgable. She sat me down and wanted to know what I was looking for, trying to really understand my needs. I ended up test driving 4 cars that day with Kim: the Crosstrek (again) , the Forrester, Outback and a pre-owned Lexus. There was no pressure, and while I did not end up buying a Subaru, there is a reason why this place is busy. The people are friendly, helpful and work together as a team, and they have cool cars that are different enough for a variety of people with different needs. Joe Clark, one of the managers emailed me to get customer feedback which I think is a very smart thing to do. I was honest that they didn't provide the lowest quote locally, which he said he wanted to look into their numbers again. In any event, my experience was very pleasant. They make you feel at home and as if you matter. More
