I had been in a car accident and waited almost two months for the insurance to get worked out so I could buy a new car. I was nervous about finding a new car, the price and didn't know if I would get a new loan. Paul was friendly, patient and didn't push me towards anything I wasn't interested in which was the best part of my experience there. I've bought 4 cars before and each sales person tried to put me in something I didn't really want. Thank you Paul!! I love my car and have spread the word about you and Steve Lewis dealership. Doug Bonafilia pointed me towards cars that might work for me and helped me fit two test drives into a busy day. When I returned with my husband for a final look Doug was available, helpful and really expedited the purchase. Myron Callender was also very helpful explaining paperwork clearly and getting me information I needed to make my purchase and get back to my life. Wonderful experience with great people. More

The dealership is very pro customer service, they want their customers to feel comfortable - no pushy sales staff to be found. Just walking into the dealership you can tell it's not like your usual dealership. The employees work as a team which In turn makes happy customers. Our salesman Jesse knows his products! We told him what we wanted in a vehicle and he pointed us in the right direction. He made some suggestions but never did we feel pressured. Thanks to Jesse I not only have a car I like but I love it! Thanks Steve Lewis Subaru, we will be back when another car is needed! More

I decided to buy myself a new car -- a brand-new STi. Obviously most car salesmen would think I was checking out sports cars to go joy-riding and never have the means to actually purchase a 40k$ car. I WAS NOT TREATED THAT WAY AT STEVE LEWIS. I was welcomed with respect and was treated as a serious car buyer -- something I lived up to be. I was never taunted for not showing up with a co-signer, which did happen at other dealerships. In addition, I was not hounded the minute I drove onto the lot. I was given my space when I requested it and was helped in a professional manner when the time came. The associates at Steve Lewis had a great attitude throughout the car-buying process and maintain that attitude after purchase and delivery. Anyone considering buying a Subaru should check-out Steve Lewis. They treat people right. More
Help, I need a car now I pulled into the Steve Lewis lot, my car engine smoking and there my car died. I had been waiting for the new 2015 Outback with the Eyesight Syste I pulled into the Steve Lewis lot, my car engine smoking and there my car died. I had been waiting for the new 2015 Outback with the Eyesight System and the other new safety features but this would have had to be ordered from the factory and I needed a car now. Understanding my situation, Steve Rivers, Myron Callender and the team spent the next few hours contacting other dealerships to find a car with the Eyesight system. Success-- a 2015 Forester Limited with Eyesight System. Not the Outback I had been waiting for but an excellent alternative with the new safety features and the good news was that I could pick it up in 3 days. Moreover, they arranged a loaner car for me to use in the interim. This is truly outstanding service. More

What struck me the most was how genuinely nice everyone We bought a new Subaru Forester earlier this week and were very pleased with our experience. What struck me the most was how genuinely nice everyone was. I waited back with our 7 week daughter while my wife test drove the car first and another salesman came by to congratulate me and tell me about his newest edition; when my wife took our hungry baby to the car, a woman in the service department came out to tell her she could use her office to nurse. The smiles and door holding came off as natural and genuine. Our salesman, John Acadia, is a great guy and he made the whole process easy. I appreciated how easygoing his personality was and never did I feel like he was trying to sell us something as much as he was trying to make sure we were getting a car that made sense for us, both in features and in price. He went over all the features of the car and did another walkthrough before we left the lot. His knowledge of the car was great and it was nice to work with someone who clearly was proud of the product he was selling. While I haven't owned many cars prior to this, I've had enough uncomfortable experiences with shady/lazy salesman at different dealerships to really value the experience I had with John and Steve Lewis Subaru overall. I've already told a good work friend, who is a Subaru owner, that it would be worth the extra time and gas to head here the next time he needs a car and I'd enthusiastically recommend this dealership to anyone thinking about becoming a Subaru owner. I made my purchase with Gus Erskine and I highly recommend him. He was extremely pleasant to work with and made the car buying experience very easy and not painful. He was also very nice in teaching me how to use all the the features in my new car. And was readily available to answer by phone when I called a week or so later. More

Our salesman Paul was personable, knowledgable, and did his best to find us a car with our "wants and needs". I really liked how he showed us the "under the hood" features. Unlike another dealership, Paul at Steve Lewis was able to find us the model we wanted, in a color we liked. My husband and I felt comfortable with the Paul, who even gave us his personal cell number to call if we had any questions.
