As a recent widow who hadn't purchased a car in over 30 years, I found salesman, Paul Figueiredo, exceptionally nurturing and helpful in many ways. He first narrowed down exactly the size and model I would like. He was a very good listener, and attended to my wants and needs. We found just the right car quickly. As we had a little waiting time to complete the financial transaction, we had time to learn about each other. Paul is a very interesting man and I was eager to learn about Portugal where he was born.. He also learned about me and my family. I would like to adopt him. (kidding) I left feeling happy and confident about my choice, and I give 5 stars to Paul Figueiredo. He's the BEST! More
Got a decent deal on our 2015 Outback Limited My wife and I just purchased a 2015 Subaru Outback Limited. It took a bit of back and forth to get that fair price (you know how the sales people go My wife and I just purchased a 2015 Subaru Outback Limited. It took a bit of back and forth to get that fair price (you know how the sales people go back to the sales manager a few times, hey the drama makes it fun!). Prior to our visit we used the online guides (Edmunds, KBB and NADA) so that we could have fair numbers for our trade and discount on the new car. Initially the deal was more than $2000 away from what our research showed. We stuck to our research and moved a couple hundred higher but that was it. Our final deal was very close to what our prior research had indicated. It does demonstrate that the consumer still needs to know the numbers and dig your heals in. John Acadia was an EXCELLENT guy to deal with. We worked with John a couple of years prior when we bought or 2012 Legacy, so we went right to John for our latest car too. More

The sales person we dealt with had was very patient with me as I was not sure which car I wanted, an Imprezza, a Crosstrack or a Forester. He let me try them all. My husband knew exactly what he wanted. Also, both Steve Lewis and his business partner Joe came to introduce themselves to us, and Joe remembered my name when I came to pick my car up. We came to look around and start the process of searching for new cars, and ended up leaving the dealership having purchased 2 Foresters! More

Living in NYC and purchasing a car in Hadley could have been a nightmare but it wasn't. We depended on Gus and he did not let us down. As a matter of fact, he exceeded our expectations. We arrived on the agreed upon time and within 1 hour my daughter drove off in her new car. Gus and his manager, Mike, we above and beyond to assist us. In the week since we purchased our Forester Gus has followed-up with phone calls and e-mails to be sure everything was okay. I highly recommend the Steve Lewis Dealership, especially Gus ! More

We are generally a hard sell, but Dave showed us the value of a Subaru, and how slowly they depreciate. We felt it was worth the extra money to treat ourselves to something brand new (something we hadn't done in 30 years) and even in the color we wanted! Dave does a great job of making you feel like he's looking out for your best interest, and not trying to hose you. We really appreciated that. More
