My husband decided to check out Subarus, and he went to Steve Lewis on an excellent recommendation. They did not disappoint; in fact, they exceeded our expectations. He met with Peter Lustenberger and came home to say he had found the perfect car--a 2011 Outback--after only test-driving one car. I couldn't believe it, but I was convinced after meeting Peter (and test-driving the car!) the next day. Peter is a very friendly guy--he looks you in the eye and shakes your hand. That was a great start, but the follow-up was even better. Peter is respectful, thorough, genuine, and a great listener. He spent a lot of time asking questions and listening to my husband's needs and desires for the new car. That's what made him suggest the Outback. The whole team is professional, approachable, and good-natured. We had such a positive experience with Peter, and Myron Callender doing the finances, that it got me thinking about replacing our other Volvo. One week later, we were back at Steve Lewis buying another car--a 2010 Legacy that is in beautiful condition. Again, Peter listened carefully and set me up with the perfect car. We had been loyal Volvo customers for over 20 years, and Peter did a great job selling Subarus without dissing Volvos. His personalized service made this whole process effortless and pleasurable. Worth the trip I had dealt with several local NJ Subaru dealers and could not make a deal. My price could not be met or they were simply unable to get me the car I I had dealt with several local NJ Subaru dealers and could not make a deal. I was waiting almost 8 weeks from another NJ dealer when I got tired and finally called this dealer and spoke with Jesse. Off the bat I could tell he was willing to get me the car I wanted, a 2015 Red Limited WRX, as quickly as he could. In two days I got a call back with good news from him, and it was on a SUNDAY! I flew out there the following Tuesday and my vehicle was there optioned out as I wanted and there and everything was perfect. The car was delivered to my DMV for the proper tags and right to my driveway (with a full tank of gas). I could not have asked for better service. More

The paperwork process took about 20 minutes, and the overall process went very smoothly. They delivered the car to me in NJ at no cost and even dealt with the labyrinth that is NJ DMV on my behalf. Since I was dealing with them from a distance, they could have made my life tough on this transaction. They didn't and we're enjoying the car. More

By the second day we were ready to rip our hair out trying to get the hands free navigation to work. On vacation and out of frustration we stopped by Steve Lewis Subaru. Todd and David were quick to jump in and help us out. They very thoroughly went over the systems and taught us everything we needed to know. This should have been done at the delivery however I don't think our salesperson would have known what to do since they had a problem figuring out how to add a second blue tooth line.
