Here we are more than a week and more than 300 miles on our new Crosstrek Hybrid - our first Subaru - and we’re pretty darn happy. The vehicle feels solid, has pep and drives well. A friend recommended the dealership and specifically Todd Gerry. We were very pleased with our treatment and impressed with everyone we met at the dealership. Todd was super. He was very helpful throughout our decision-making and purchasing process. We test-drove a Forester (once) and a Crosstrek (twice). Todd seemed to want us to be happy with our purchase. When we picked up the Crosstrek Hybrid, he took plenty of time to explain the unfamiliar features of the vehicle, introduced us to the Service Department, and made our first service appointment. He called three days after the purchase see if everything was going OK and to ask if we had questions. We highly recommend Todd. The showroom, lounge, bathroom and service area were clean and looked very professional. Everyone was friendly and courteous, greeting us and making sure we were comfortable. The first time we visited the dealership we were wandering through the lot while we waited until Todd was free. Another employee brought a key to us so we could sit in a Crosstrek to check out how it felt. Very nice touch. Myron handled the paperwork like an orchestra conductor. He was well organized, and he patiently explained items that concerned us. Although we made the purchase decision on a federal holiday, he was able to contact a loan officer from our bank to facilitate the purchase process. All in all, this was our most pleasant car-buying experience. More

This was our first experience with this dealership, and we were VERY impressed. The overall environment was relaxed yet very professional. We did not feel pressured in any way, or rushed through the process. Our salesman, John Acadia, was probably the most professional salesperson I have ever worked with. I was also very impressed with the entire process of taking delivery of the car. Myron Callendar was extremely detailed and prepared with the paperwork, John did an excellent job walking through all the details about the car, and we were even introduced with the head of the Service Dept, when we booked our first service appt. I can certainly understand why this dealership has earned the awards that it has. I do expect that we'll buy again here, and would highly recommend Steve Lewis Subaru and our salesman, John Acadia. Jesse was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Forester. I felt he listened to what I said and responded accordingly. While he obviously wanted me to buy a vehicle from him, I did not feel that Forester. I felt he listened to what I said and responded accordingly. When I picked up my vehicle he took the time to inspect it with me and show me how some of the features worked, including syncing my phone with the vehicle. I would not hesitate to call him or return to the dealership with any issues. I would also not hesitate to recommend both Jesse and the dealership to friends and family. More
