Peter Lustenberger was very easy to talk to and did an efficient job of finding the car that I wanted. I thought I might have to wait to find the model and the color I wanted, but it all came together in efficient job of finding the car that I wanted. Buying a car was like pulling teeth until I found Steve Lewis Subaru. I had a very unsettling experience at a dealership close to home and had a very sour taste in my mouth. I said to my self that I would never have to deal that feeling again! So I took to the web, and searched for the best rated dealership around. I came upon Steve Lewis Subaru and was a little wary, how could they get so many amazing reviews, and no bad ones? I thought it was too good to be true, that all salesman are the same slime ball breed. But I thought I'd give it a try, what do I have to loose? I sent Holly an email seeing if they had the car I wanted in sock and she said yes.I built up my anxiety on my 2.5 hour drive from the Foxboro area to Hadley to check out the new Forester. As soon as I got there and walked in the door I was greeted by several of the employees. Holly came over and introduced me to Gus and I was so worried that he would be your typical slime ball. But he was NOT he was so helpful and understanding, and took the time to listen to my needs, and what I wanted in a car. We looked at the cars in the lot and I took one for a test drive. Gus was not pushy at all when I was on my test drive, and explained all the futures in the car. He took the time to show me some cool things that came with it too. I decided I wanted to purchase a car from them, and came back 2 more times. In between those times, Gus kept in contact with me and responded to my messages in a timely manner. He offered to have the car delivered to my house, a whooping 2 hours away, but I decided I wanted to drive it off the lot myself. My last trip, Gus made sure to show me all the gadgets in the car and make sure I was totally comfortable with it. I am so happy with my choice to go to Steve Lewis Subaru, and I will definitely be purchasing my next Subaru there! Thanks for all of your help Gus! More
Our experience with Jesse at Steve Lewis Subaru was outstanding from the very beginning. Jesse was pleasant, personable and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He and the service team took care of every detail from fixing a couple of issues with the interior dash area to arranging insurance stamps and registration of plates. Once we picked up our car, Jesse contacted us that evening to ensure that all was well. This was by far the smoothiest and most pleasant of my car buying experiences in the past 20 years!!! More

They gave me a very good deal for my trade and an excellent price on the vehicle I bought—but the thing that really sets and it was fantastic again. Every time I visit SL (for service, or in this case, to buy) everyone I've ever worked with greets me by name with a smile. They're good, helpful people, first and foremost. When's the last time you experienced that at a dealership? Give these guys a chance if you're looking for a Subaru or a quality used car (I've now purchased one of each from them). More
Dave was super helpful in explaining the specific features of the Forester and the Crossfire. He made the buying process pleasant from start to finish. I have never had such a pleasant experience buying a car. Pleasant experience buying a car sounds like an oxymoron, but in this case it wasn't! Dave treated us the way one would treat family: friendly, caring and honest. I had feared that, since we are VIP customers (my husband is a member of PSIA), we might be given a bit of a cold shoulder. This did not occur. At all! Myron was also super friendly and helpful. He explained all of the myriad forms to us clearly and respectfully, and found us an excellent interest rate. Everyone in the showroom was friendly, welcoming and eager to please. The showroom is immaculate. Even the ladies room was thoughtfully decorated and spotless! That was a total first, in my experience. All details are carefully attended to. I will recommend Dave, Myron and the Steve Lewis dealership to ALL of my friends and family. I trust these folks. More

The staff of Steve Lewis Subaru are courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable, and you can tell immediately upon entering the dealership that they want you to have an enjoyable car buying experience. My sales associate Todd did a great job of explaining all the features available with the Forester and demonstrated them all on the test drive. At no point during the process did I feel pressured into making a hasty decision. The sales manager Tony was enthusiastic and made sure I got a car that was perfect for my driving needs. And Myron, the business manager, was extremely helpful and patient when explaining the all options regarding financing. I am extremely happy with my beautiful new car and with Steve Lewis Subaru and am happy to recommend them to anyone in the market for a new automobile. More
